To be honest I don’t think that the past 3 years have been very good for many people. Right now I’m just really hoping that we see both in our personal lives, and throughout the greater world, some improvement in the coming year. Wishing everyone a safe and Happy New Year for 2023. Be well.

Today in the northern hemisphere it is the first day of autumn. Here in Toronto it sure does feel like fall has arrived. I’m thankful for the cooler air, and if I’m completely honest I have say that fall is probably one of my favorite seasons. Here’s wishing everyone a great autumn, and for those in the south I hope that you all have a great spring time too.

Today is budget day here in Canada. Let’s hope that there is something in the budget to really help poor people, and those struggling in these difficult times.
